Frequently Asked Questions

How do trumpet templates work?
Browse through the list of available templates by clicking on Templates in the dashboard sidebar. Launching a template is easy - just scroll through and choose the right one for your needs.Click on 'use template' and search for your customer in the CRM search bar (this will bring up their data and fill in the pre-set custom variables in the template). Copy and paste the buyer's URL (which will populate the template with their custom branding) and you're all set!
Are personalisation features free?
All personalisation features, including custom variables, CRM integrations, and brand kit, are available on the free Starter plan. The custom domains feature is only available on the Scale and Enterprise plans. However, if you'd like to try it out, it is free to use in up to 10 Pods on the Starter plan.
