Hands down one of the best sales tools I've utilised in the past few years as a seller - Trumpet is game-changing. The UI is night & day compared with any similar tool on the market, it's easy to use, modern, hyper-personalised and customisable.
The Pods have really allowed us to build out customer journeys for our clients and onboard our customers via one simple link. We have been able to promote additional products and services and more importantly track all interactions in one place.

Our team can share all of our marketing/sales collateral, demo videos, next-step action plans, all the way to proposals, agreements, and security docs. Why do we love it? The security element. Our rooms, and even pages within the room, can be locked down to specific people, specific company URLs, and be password protected.

Trumpet is great for driving deals forward! I love the Mutual Action Plan Widget because I have always had to create those in a spreadsheet that no one ever opened or added to. Trumpet has revolutionised our deal management. The ability to centralise our sales process enabled us to drive down our average sales cycles and have clear visibility of the health of our deals. We sell into large enterprise businesses; therefore, there are a lot of documents and stakeholders involved in the process. Before using trumpet, it was a challenge to spin multiple plates at once, which led to our sales cycles being long and a lack of confidence in the exact status of our deals.
Once the templates have been created, they are so versatile and easy to reuse for many other customer conversations. The diversity of the Widgets we can add and saving different info relevant for individual customers has been much better than sending a lengthy email! I also like that you can see the time customers spend on it and when it has been opened.

Trumpet streamlines this process by providing a central location for both the prospect and our team to reference important details. By identifying who is involved in the deal through their email addresses, we can easily engage the necessary stakeholders and effectively multithread the negotiations.

As a software seller, I often find there is bucket loads of content and documentation to share with prospects that making it easy for them to digest can be a little tricky, especially via email... I love how beautifully I can deliver a lot of info without cramming it all into a basic/boring email. Plus, having templated Post-Demo Pods ready for my sales team has made following up so much easier and aesthetically pleasing.
Trumpet allows you to showcase your business/product using a wide range of details and features. It's simple to use with some great aspects to personalise to your brand or your clients'. This saves having to try and explain things over the phone or via email, preventing information overload and avoiding putting them off!
As a BDR, this tool is brilliant when someone hits you with the "send me more info" objection, as you can easily display everything personalized to that person in Trumpet. It's also great that you can see exactly when people are on the Pod you create for them. It can be useful when you reach out on LinkedIn to send more info, which, as a BDR, is very often.
What I like best is the look and feel of "Pods"—they're a lot cleaner and sharper than other digital sales rooms I have used. Trumpet enables me and my sales team to centralise information, create clear proposals, and answer any questions proactively, making for smoother and faster sales processes in general.
I use Trumpet as a customer success tool—it's great having templates ready for different situations. I can join a call and have them mention they are interested in one of our new features; within seconds, the personalized portal is ready for me to share on call, talking through the features, the implementation process, and FAQs. Making upsells much quicker.
Trumpet is helping manage sales conversations so I do not have to sift through my emails and CRM to find out which materials I've sent and if they've opened and viewed those emails/materials. It's helpful when I need to keep my manager in the loop on deals and how they're progressing.

Trumpet is so easy to use, yet such a powerful tool during my implementations as a Customer Success Manager. It keeps all information in one place for my clients and I update it with our meeting notes and recordings. It has made our onboarding process so smooth and our users love it.
I love how everything is streamlined in one place. I actually look forward to sending our proposals to clients now, as I know they are going to look super slick and easy to navigate. I also like the reporting tool, you can see when a prospect has looked at the proposal and what part, making easier to plan next steps.
Trumpet offers me the ability to create informative and engaging proposals quickly and easily. I can create templates every time I need to send a quote, saving time. If I have questions, they have online support that is easy to contact and very responsive.

It's easy to set up Pods for a wide variety of clients. It's a great way to feed information to your prospects over the course of a sales cycle, rather than sending numerous emails with multiple attachments and PDFs that become outdated as soon as you've sent them. By far the best feature is the insights you gain about the level of engagement your prospect has with the pod, allowing you to address any drop in engagement promptly.

It’s an extremely helpful prospecting tool (for both cold and warm leads). Personalising Pods for individual companies is especially useful, as is the ability to create Pod templates to reuse for future prospects. I really like the Podboard, which tracks activity on my Pods and is a useful reporting tool. I would highly recommend trumpet to any business as a prospecting tool.

I'm pretty hooked on trumpet. Every qualified prospect gets a Pod after each discovery call, and my team stays in there throughout the sales cycle. Punch! uses Pods to stay in sync with our prospects, highlight next steps, keep an eye on where they’re at with clear due dates, and basically keep everyone on track.
Trumpet helps me keep a temperature on conversations that are happening when I'm not in the room. If there's no movement, we know that the conversations that we'd want to happen are not happening. Being able to monitor that is excellent.
One of my favourite things about trumpet is that I'm able to track buyer engagement in Pods. I'm seeing ‘who’ they're sharing with. I can then contact their colleagues who we may have more luck with.

Definitely something that I will be using constantly. Being able to share a single link that will go to all stakeholders even if I never meet them is great!
Buyers are spending less and less time with AEs so having a tool that can incorporate and equip prospects with everything they need to make a decision is a game changer. I find it a much more simplified, professional way of sending information to a prospect following the initial call. I then build on my initial Pod to add relevant content throughout the process until this turns into the proposal document.
Instead of spending time building decks and worrying about formatting, our team can focus on the content itself, doing buyer research and outbounding new companies. This all has reduced the time spent by our sales team on building appropriate assets to engage prospects.
