Once the templates have been created, they are so versatile and easy to reuse for many other customer conversations. The diversity of the Widgets we can add and saving different info relevant for individual customers has been much better than sending a lengthy email! I also like that you can see the time customers spend on it and when it has been opened.
Trumpet allows you to showcase your business/product using a wide range of details and features. It's simple to use with some great aspects to personalise to your brand or your clients'. This saves having to try and explain things over the phone or via email, preventing information overload and avoiding putting them off!
Trumpet offers me the ability to create informative and engaging proposals quickly and easily. I can create templates every time I need to send a quote, saving time. If I have questions, they have online support that is easy to contact and very responsive.
