The Pods have really allowed us to build out customer journeys for our clients and onboard our customers via one simple link. We have been able to promote additional products and services and more importantly track all interactions in one place.


Trumpet supports the entire lifecycle — one location for all customer/prospect activity to ensure all stakeholders remain engaged. The Pods also become a central location for us as a business to review the entire sales process and ensure an efficient handover to our delivery and customer success teams, ensuring we deliver the value/ROI the customers expected. We've even had customers/prospects comment on how helpful it is for them.


Being able to have a whole onboarding process in one place, and the ability to hide some of the later processes until the customer completes earlier stages, is great. Along with the ability to customise according to the customer's journey requirements and have internal chat rather than having to send external emails.


Once the templates have been created, they are so versatile and easy to reuse for many other customer conversations. The diversity of the Widgets we can add and saving different info relevant for individual customers has been much better than sending a lengthy email! I also like that you can see the time customers spend on it and when it has been opened.


We saw positive ROI with Trumpet almost from Day 1—many customers respond very positively, surprised by their trumpet space. Making customized videos for each customer is also a great value-add, along with having all documents with a friendly interface in one place.
