I love how trumpet has simplified my sales process, follow-up, and engagement tracking, and being able to see open rates and usage has been a game changer. It has become central to how I manage my day-to-day. It is easy to use, integrates seamlessly with tools like Gong, and is so versatile that I can easily see other teams across my organization using it for product releases and GTM communications.
It's very easy to use once you build a Template or Pod. Building a room can be done in as little as 15 minutes. The integrations are great and it's very user-friendly, and their support team is very helpful too. Trumpet solves for me having to avoid sending multiple emails throughout a sales cycle and having prospects lose items I send them. Every Gong recording, asset, case study, etc. is stored in trumpet, and it has also allowed me to track interest in a cycle and uncover new contacts.

Fantastic, easy-to-use product — the sales teams love it. Customers love it. The setup was pain-free and Trumpet talks to the systems we need it to talk to. The best Digital Sales Room with the best service. The biggest benefits for us are the Mutual Action Plans, customer insights, content dissemination, and multithreading.

Trumpet is the best tech tool I have used in the last 3 years… I am not amazing with tech in general, but this platform is an absolute dream! We had an out-of-date website and no real use for old-school PDF pitch decks—this has changed the game for us client-wise!
As a software seller, I often find there is bucket loads of content and documentation to share with prospects that making it easy for them to digest can be a little tricky, especially via email... If you are looking to make your buyers lives easier when it comes to digesting content trumpet is an absolute no-brainer.

Trumpet is helping manage sales conversations so I do not have to sift through my emails and CRM to find out which materials I've sent and if they've opened and viewed those emails/materials. It's helpful when I need to keep my manager in the loop on deals and how they're progressing.

It's easy to set up Pods for a wide variety of clients. The built in Widgets and tools are really flexible and easily adaptable for various use cases and the support in developing a range of templates was invaluable. Trumpet Pods have been really helpful to engaging clients in action plans and deliver clear, direct messaging.
Live updates with champions as you go with the ability to host it all in the same trumpet link has proven very powerful in multi-threading across an org. Selling in 2024 is as much about the calls you're on than it is arming your champions with an easy-to-digest business case for internal meetings you're not on.
This is the first time I have used a platform in a business where it has been so easy to use and build out customised Pods for each business you speak with. Makes a huge difference to the sales process and also makes it really easy to multithread multiple different people and share the information with them.

I've never seen such excitement internally for a new tool. Not only did we see pretty instant benefits, our prospects also loved this new way of buying from us, and the FOMO internally for the reps that didn't have access was real! It's one of those tools that makes you think "why didn't this exist years ago?" We're super excited to see tangible results such as increased win rate, reduced sales cycles and prospects that actually tell us they enjoyed being sold to!

We’ll definitely be using trumpet for all our events going forward – Having that centralised Pod where I can just plug everyone into one place is really ideal. Speakers have loved using trumpet, they're used to a lot more rigmarole with back and forth emails, but this is so streamlined for them.
One of my favourite things about trumpet is that I'm able to track buyer engagement in Pods. I'm seeing ‘who’ they're sharing with. I can then contact their colleagues who we may have more luck with.
Looks sharp. Great for buyer experience. Good integrations with many other tools like Vidyard, Calendly, YouTube etc. Connects well with your CRM. Very easy to use and implement. Definitely something that I will be using constantly. Being able to share a single link that will go to all stakeholders even if I never meet them is great!
Buyers are spending less and less time with AEs so having a tool that can incorporate and equip prospects with everything they need to make a decision is a game changer. It has made a noticeable impact on my deals and the positive feedback from prospects is endless! It's really helping differentiate myself in the sales cycle as well.
