Trumpet makes work so much easier by bringing all the content I need into one place. I can just dive into the battle Pods without having to hunt things down in different places. It's a huge time-saver and really helps me stay efficient.
I've been using trumpet for the past several months as an AE, and it's been a game-changer for managing my deal rooms. The platform makes it super easy to spin up new spaces for prospects—literally takes minutes instead of the hours I used to spend. What I really love is how I can see exactly when prospects are engaging with our materials, which helps me time my follow-ups perfectly (no more guessing games!).
Trumpet makes it easy to create and reuse templates, saving time when sending out information. It is really powerful when you bring it up at the start of a call to set upfront contracts with next steps and direct people to specific meeting recordings from the past. It's also really great to be able to go in and see your colleagues' different Pods and see what is working well and share/steal.
Trumpet has helped Hubble streamline the onboarding process for our newest customers, allowing us to share multiple decks, documents, onboarding videos and other relevant content all in one place. Our customers get to value quicker, and our onboarding team are able to oversee and retrospectively control the content available to their accounts.
I love how beautifully I can deliver a lot of info without cramming it all into a basic/boring email. Plus, having templated Post-Demo Pods ready for my sales team has made following up so much easier and aesthetically pleasing.
Trumpet allows you to showcase your business/product using a wide range of details and features. It's simple to use with some great aspects to personalise to your brand or your clients'. This saves having to try and explain things over the phone or via email, preventing information overload and avoiding putting them off!
What I like best is the look and feel of "Pods"—they're a lot cleaner and sharper than other digital sales rooms I have used. Trumpet enables me and my sales team to centralise information, create clear proposals, and answer any questions proactively, making for smoother and faster sales processes in general.
I use Trumpet as a customer success tool—it's great having templates ready for different situations. I can join a call and have them mention they are interested in one of our new features; within seconds, the personalized portal is ready for me to share on call, talking through the features, the implementation process, and FAQs. Making upsells much quicker.
I love how everything is streamlined in one place. I actually look forward to sending our proposals to clients now, as I know they are going to look super slick and easy to navigate. Trumpet is a game changing content sharing platform - once you start using it, you can't go back. Its helped me multithread, as the link to the pod is shared internally and Its simplifying the evaluation process for my accounts reviewing our platform. With minimum effort you can make a prospect feel as if a lot of time and effort has been spent with them, without doing so. Personalisation with videos and voice notes are also a great addition!

I find it a much more simplified, professional way of sending information to a prospect following the initial call. I then build on my initial Pod to add relevant content throughout the process until this turns into the proposal document.
Instead of spending time building decks and worrying about formatting, our team can focus on the content itself, doing buyer research and outbounding new companies. This all has reduced the time spent by our sales team on building appropriate assets to engage prospects.
So easy to use and time saving. Output is simple, concise and super effective in converting our leads into sales. So happy with this addition to the organisation and has really elevated us above our competitors.
