Trumpet is great for driving deals forward! I love the Mutual Action Plan Widget because I have always had to create those in a spreadsheet that no one ever opened or added to. Now I can tag my buyers in the MAP and get them to action items. It's a centralised place for managing my deals. No more having to dig through emails to find all of the documents you have shared!
It's easy to set up Pods for a wide variety of clients. The built in Widgets and tools are really flexible and easily adaptable for various use cases and the support in developing a range of templates was invaluable. Trumpet Pods have been really helpful to engaging clients in action plans and deliver clear, direct messaging.
For us trumpet is essential. It has meant faster deal closures, better collaboration, and improved customer engagement.

It's a great way to feed information to your prospects over the course of a sales cycle, rather than sending numerous emails with multiple attachments and PDFs that become outdated as soon as you've sent them. By far the best feature is the insights you gain about the level of engagement your prospect has with the pod, allowing you to address any drop in engagement promptly.

The integrations to Outreach and other tools are great, along with being able to see live when someone is on the Pod and tracking their movement so you can work with them on it, make it even better.

It’s an extremely helpful prospecting tool (for both cold and warm leads). Personalising Pods for individual companies is especially useful, as is the ability to create Pod templates to reuse for future prospects. I really like the Podboard, which tracks activity on my Pods and is a useful reporting tool. I would highly recommend trumpet to any business as a prospecting tool.
Trumpet has honestly changed the way I prospect and follow up from outbound to close. It makes me feel confident in my follow-up and enhances my presenting skills.

I've never seen such excitement internally for a new tool. Not only did we see pretty instant benefits, our prospects also loved this new way of buying from us, and the FOMO internally for the reps that didn't have access was real! It's one of those tools that makes you think "why didn't this exist years ago?" We’ll definitely be using trumpet for all our events going forward – Having that centralised Pod where I can just plug everyone into one place is really ideal. Speakers have loved using trumpet, they're used to a lot more rigmarole with back and forth emails, but this is so streamlined for them.
I'm pretty hooked on trumpet. Every qualified prospect gets a Pod after each discovery call, and my team stays in there throughout the sales cycle. Punch! uses Pods to stay in sync with our prospects, highlight next steps, keep an eye on where they’re at with clear due dates, and basically keep everyone on track.
Trumpet helps me keep a temperature on conversations that are happening when I'm not in the room. If there's no movement, we know that the conversations that we'd want to happen are not happening. Being able to monitor that is excellent.
One of my favourite things about trumpet is that I'm able to track buyer engagement in Pods. I'm seeing ‘who’ they're sharing with. I can then contact their colleagues who we may have more luck with.
