Trumpet's one secure link all the way from sales call to close and on to renewal has been a game-changer for us and our customers. Our team can share all of our marketing/sales collateral, demo videos, next-step action plans, all the way to proposals, agreements, and security docs. Why do we love it? The security element. Our rooms, and even pages within the room, can be locked down to specific people, specific company URLs, and be password protected.
Trumpet has helped Hubble streamline the onboarding process for our newest customers, allowing us to share multiple decks, documents, onboarding videos and other relevant content all in one place. Our customers get to value quicker, and our onboarding team are able to oversee and retrospectively control the content available to their accounts.
Trumpet is so easy to use, yet such a powerful tool during my implementations as a Customer Success Manager. It keeps all information in one place for my clients and I update it with our meeting notes and recordings. It has made our onboarding process so smooth and our users love it.
It's easy to set up Pods for a wide variety of clients. The built in Widgets and tools are really flexible and easily adaptable for various use cases and the support in developing a range of templates was invaluable. Trumpet Pods have been really helpful to engaging clients in action plans and deliver clear, direct messaging.
