Trumpet is changing the game when it comes to selling. It's easy to build out a Pod and share, personalisation is fun, and having pre-saved Widgets saves so much time. Also, having pages already built that you can hide or share is key to efficiency. Having a single source of truth for all documents in one place for your prospects makes the sales process more seamless.
Being able to have a whole onboarding process in one place, and the ability to hide some of the later processes until the customer completes earlier stages, is great. Along with the ability to customise according to the customer's journey requirements and have internal chat rather than having to send external emails.
Trumpet's one secure link all the way from sales call to close and on to renewal has been a game-changer for us and our customers. Trumpet is great for driving deals forward! I love the Mutual Action Plan Widget because I have always had to create those in a spreadsheet that no one ever opened or added to. Now I can tag my buyers in the MAP and get them to action items. It's a centralised place for managing my deals. No more having to dig through emails to find all of the documents you have shared!

Trumpet has revolutionised our deal management. The ability to centralise our sales process enabled us to drive down our average sales cycles and have clear visibility of the health of our deals. We sell into large enterprise businesses; therefore, there are a lot of documents and stakeholders involved in the process. Before using trumpet, it was a challenge to spin multiple plates at once, which led to our sales cycles being long and a lack of confidence in the exact status of our deals.
Once the templates have been created, they are so versatile and easy to reuse for many other customer conversations. Trumpet has helped Hubble streamline the onboarding process for our newest customers, allowing us to share multiple decks, documents, onboarding videos and other relevant content all in one place. Our customers get to value quicker, and our onboarding team are able to oversee and retrospectively control the content available to their accounts.
As a software seller, I often find there is bucket loads of content and documentation to share with prospects that making it easy for them to digest can be a little tricky, especially via email... If you are looking to make your buyers lives easier when it comes to digesting content trumpet is an absolute no-brainer.

What I like best is the look and feel of "Pods"—they're a lot cleaner and sharper than other digital sales rooms I have used. Trumpet enables me and my sales team to centralise information, create clear proposals, and answer any questions proactively, making for smoother and faster sales processes in general.
Trumpet is so easy to use, yet such a powerful tool during my implementations as a Customer Success Manager. It keeps all information in one place for my clients and I update it with our meeting notes and recordings. It has made our onboarding process so smooth and our users love it.
What I like best about trumpet is how you can modernise outreach by adding videos, voice notes, pictures and case studies etc. It’s easy to use and has a number of different features that are super useful (i.e. pricing options and video demos).
It's a great way to feed information to your prospects over the course of a sales cycle, rather than sending numerous emails with multiple attachments and PDFs that become outdated as soon as you've sent them. By far the best feature is the insights you gain about the level of engagement your prospect has with the pod, allowing you to address any drop in engagement promptly.
Live updates with champions as you go with the ability to host it all in the same trumpet link has proven very powerful in multi-threading across an org. Selling in 2024 is as much about the calls you're on than it is arming your champions with an easy-to-digest business case for internal meetings you're not on.
I call it a 'Prospect Portal'. My colleague calls it a 'Deal Jacket'. Whatever you call it, it helps keep all of your pre-sale information and communication in one place, while giving you key data points and alerts along the way to keep the deal moving forward.

The product continues to evolve with new features and updates—super easy drag-and-drop UI. It's great for grouping sales enablement materials and pricing documentation in one easy to digest format for our prospects.
