Trumpet is a clear and concise single source of truth; you can password/email protect certain pages for leadership only and get cool analytics on who is viewing the room. The ability to save Pages and Widgets to use in other Templates is clutch. Plus, they have SO many integrations.



Building a Digital Sales Room for the first time. 3 things I've learned: Trumpet has templates that get the ball rolling nicely. It's quick & easy to edit (the drag & drop nature isn't dissimilar to Monday.com), so I've been able to create a tailored environment quickly. I've used Mutual Action Plans for years to keep deals on track, but using one inside trumpet from the very first call gave us an edge I hadn't expected. Trumpet creates a seamless buyer journey and helps to expand accounts more easily. Having one consolidated place — rather than emails, multiple systems, and everything else — for a Mutual Action Plan keeps momentum in our partnerships. Then there's the real-time updates of someone in your Pod; you can get a temperature gauge on how active your buyer is and act accordingly. Live commenting adds to the experience, taking the likes of collaborative Google Docs into a new age.

Gong can give you all the data for the time you're on the call with them; combine that with Trumpet, which can give you all the data when you're not in the room. It's a powerful combination. These rooms give you so much insight into: what people are actually interested in, who the real decision-makers are, and how the org fits together. This stuff is ridiculously helpful.



A fantastic tool for collaboration with clients and forecasting deal likelihood. Trumpet centralizes client communication, eliminating scattered follow-ups and saving time. The engagement score helps prioritize deals likely to close, improving efficiency and organization while strengthening client relationships.



Trumpet offers something different compared to just emails and attachments: ensuring clients are reviewing the sales documents we send to them, seeing what they are most interested in, and displaying information in a fun, interactive way to engage clients and gather insights.



Trumpet supports the entire lifecycle — one location for all customer/prospect activity to ensure all stakeholders remain engaged. The Pods also become a central location for us as a business to review the entire sales process and ensure an efficient handover to our delivery and customer success teams, ensuring we deliver the value/ROI the customers expected. Trumpet has revolutionised our deal management. The ability to centralise our sales process enabled us to drive down our average sales cycles and have clear visibility of the health of our deals. We sell into large enterprise businesses; therefore, there are a lot of documents and stakeholders involved in the process. Before using trumpet, it was a challenge to spin multiple plates at once, which led to our sales cycles being long and a lack of confidence in the exact status of our deals.



Once the templates have been created, they are so versatile and easy to reuse for many other customer conversations. The diversity of the Widgets we can add and saving different info relevant for individual customers has been much better than sending a lengthy email! I also like that you can see the time customers spend on it and when it has been opened.

I love how everything is streamlined in one place. I actually look forward to sending our proposals to clients now, as I know they are going to look super slick and easy to navigate. I also like the reporting tool, you can see when a prospect has looked at the proposal and what part, making easier to plan next steps.



It's a great way to feed information to your prospects over the course of a sales cycle, rather than sending numerous emails with multiple attachments and PDFs that become outdated as soon as you've sent them. By far the best feature is the insights you gain about the level of engagement your prospect has with the pod, allowing you to address any drop in engagement promptly.



Trumpet is incredibly intuitive. Its features are robust and thoughtfully designed, streamlining my workflow and saving me so much time. In 2024, we started using trumpet to manage our sales process. We’re always focused on working efficiently—and the insights and analytics from trumpet have been invaluable in helping us prioritise our time and focus on leads most likely to progress.



It’s an extremely helpful prospecting tool (for both cold and warm leads). Personalising Pods for individual companies is especially useful, as is the ability to create Pod templates to reuse for future prospects. I really like the Podboard, which tracks activity on my Pods and is a useful reporting tool. I would highly recommend trumpet to any business as a prospecting tool.



With trumpet, we get buyer intent data like who is looking at our sales content, who shared it, what new stakeholders are viewing it, and who they are—real engagement data which syncs to our CRM, allowing me to forecast way more accurately. Does it work? Well, after just 3 months, one of our AE's saw her post-demo response rate increase by 10% and her win rate doubled!



Trumpet helps me keep a temperature on conversations that are happening when I'm not in the room. If there's no movement, we know that the conversations that we'd want to happen are not happening. Being able to monitor that is excellent.



One of my favourite things about trumpet is that I'm able to track buyer engagement in Pods. I'm seeing ‘who’ they're sharing with. I can then contact their colleagues who we may have more luck with.
