We need to talk.
Buyers in 2025 they're done waiting. They have the attention span of a goldfish.
They expect instant access to information, pricing, demos, and decisions-not a week of back-and-forth emails just to book a call.
(Will keep this short and to the point)

But here’s the problem: Most sales processes haven’t caught up. But you can.
While buyers are out here trying to make a purchase right now, sellers are still dragging them through outdated, slow-motion, endless email chains and PDF's.
And then we wonder why deals stall.
(Still got you?)

First let's check if your sales process is stuck in 2015
❌ Making people book a call just to see a demo (Seriously, why?)
❌ Sending five "just checking in" emails instead of actually moving the deal forward
❌ Taking five days to respond when buyers needed an answer yesterday
❌ Burying key info in a 47-slide deck that no one is going to read
❌ Email chains, PDF's and attachments
❌ Ignoring buyers until they "agree to a discovery call"
(You still there? Nearly done- it's all good stuff promise)

What to do instead
✅ Give buyers what they need upfront – Pricing? Info? A demo? Make it easy to access via Digital Sales Rooms, personalised videos, or self-serve content.
✅ Cut the fluff – If you can say it in one sentence, don’t turn it into a TED Talk. (Think TikTok attention span- if they want the long form they'll ask)
✅ Let them buy at their own pace – Not yours. The old “let’s schedule a follow-up in two weeks” move isn’t working anymore.
✅ Stop forcing meetings for things that don’t need meetings – Async selling is your best friend.
✅ Use AI to speed things up, not slow things down – Automate the admin, not the relationships. Always personalise
So remove the friction so buyers can actually buy. Think - short attention span.

So, to summarise:
🟢 Keep things sort and to the point
🟢 Use a Digital Sales Room - trumpet Pod's do it best🎺
🟢 Ditch the long email chains

Until next time.
