Trumpet is now thrilled to announce the appointment of Ollie Sharpe, a renowned sales leader and go-to-market strategist, as Chief Revenue Officer, bringing with him an extraordinary track record of scaling sales teams, shaping go-to-market strategies, and advocating leadership and culture.

Ollie was one of the first 15 employees at LinkedIn outside the US, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the company’s presence in new markets. Over nearly a decade, he developed and rolled out a sales narrative and positioning strategy still used today and won multiple leadership awards for his contributions.

He then joined Salesloft as its first hire in EMEA, where he built the revenue team from the ground up before stepping into the role of Managing Director. Under his leadership, Salesloft’s EMEA business scaled to over $25M, earning industry recognition for its strong culture and commitment to talent development.

A highly respected thought leader in the global sales community, Ollie is known for his expertise in mental wellbeing, leadership, company culture, and championing diversity. He is passionate about promoting and encouraging more women to pursue careers in sales—a cause he actively supports through speaking engagements and advisory work. Ollie has also partnered with numerous tech startups across the UK, helping to shape their growth and go-to-market strategies.
